New York City's first and largest
in-line skating program
Since 1988.
Joel Rappelfeld is the author of “The Complete InLine Skater” published by St. Martin’s Press (now sold in four languages) and is featured in the “Get Started in Blading Video”. As a teacher, he has demonstrated the art of safe skating techniques to thousands of students through group and private classes and currently works with over 50 NYC schools in his Kids on Wheels after school skating program.
